Thanks Mary. I’llpractice turning with the club across my chest. As I address the ball, my left shoulder is much higher than my right, should I try to change and start with them more level?

Your front shoulder should be higher than your back shoulder – to the same extent your back hand is lower than your front as you grip the club. Your front shoulder will be even higher with the driver.
