Are you working too hard to deliver power to the golf ball? In this short video clip, I’m chatting with one of my students about how momentum is created in the swing. Namely – the CORE initiates movement ,which is observed as the weight shifting from back to forward. It then, flows through the arms, wrists, hands, shaft and ultimately – the clubhead!

Just an impromptu video – nothing fancy here – as I was giving a golf lesson yesterday. This may shed light on why it seems professional swings appear so effortless yet they deliver such power to the golf ball.
